I'm a sucker for astronomy tv shows ever since decades ago I saw Carl Sagan's "Cosmos". Sagan's enthusiasm for the topic was so evident that one was enthralled by every word. Well, here's a show that I love in which scientist Brian Cox shares that love for astronomy. It's called "Wonders of the Solar System" and its on the Science Channel. Cox shows us how everything in the universe can be explained using the simplest of metaphors. And it is truly fascinating. And better yet, Cox is such a cool guy that he makes astronomy look completely not geeky. I cannot recommend this show enough. Please give it try. You'll be hooked.
